01The gap
A front desk typing the same messages all day, slightly differently each time.
A dental clinic's reception sends the same kinds of message all day: confirm the appointment, remind, you missed it, here is your treatment plan, we have a last-minute slot. Each one typed by hand, in whatever words came out, sometimes in the wrong language for the patient.
Those messages aren't notifications. They're part of the patient's journey with the clinic.
02The cost of friction
Nothing wrong with any single message. Together they cost time.
Time at the front desk, and a tone that changed with whoever was on shift. When every message starts from a blank box, a date, a time or a treatment is easy to get wrong.
03The fix
Enter the patient's details, choose a template and open the finished message in WhatsApp.
Reception enters the patient's first name and phone number, chooses a template, adds the relevant date, time, duration or treatment, and previews the finished message. One tap opens it in WhatsApp. Or they can copy the text or a calendar link. Five languages: Spanish, English, German, French and Valencian. The tool doesn't store patient details on a server.
- 01Fifteen templates: appointments and logistics, follow-ups, replies to the patient
- 02Five languages: Spanish, English, German, French, Valencian
- 03Date, time, duration and treatment dropped into the text
- 04Open in WhatsApp, copy the message, copy a calendar link
- 05No server-side storage of patient details
Open for business. Try it now, with made-up details rather than real patients.
04The difference
Clear, consistent messages, ready to send.
Reception can prepare complete messages with consistent wording in the patient's language, entering the details instead of writing a new paragraph each time.
Built for one clinic. Time saved and other outcomes haven't been measured yet. The aim is less time spent typing and more attention for the people behind the messages.
05I want one
What if the problem isn't the messages, but the process behind them?
Not sure what's stuck?
Find the friction.
Where are customers getting stuck? What makes the team work harder than it should? We look at the journey and the process behind it, then work out what's actually worth fixing.
