01The gap
Three developments, three languages, and a story told in PDFs.
VENTUS is a developer in Valencia with three residential projects on the go, selling to Spanish, English and German speakers. Every conversation started with a PDF sent by email.
Buying a home is a big decision. Buyers need confidence and context before they reach out, not just a gallery of rooms.
02The cost of friction
Interest turned into questions that could have been answered earlier.
A buyer who wanted news had to ask for it. So did the investors.
Next to the big builders, with their showrooms and their media budgets, a small developer has one advantage: it can be clearer, faster and more personal. PDFs by email hid that advantage instead of showing it.
03The fix
A brand, a site in three languages, and a funnel that remembers who asked.
A clearer site, and a journey built around what buyers actually need to know. We built the brand system first: mark, type, voice. Then the project site in Spanish, English and German: one page per development with plans, finishes and the neighbourhood, guides to buying in Valencia, a legal page.
Interest goes into a funnel: a buyer books a visit with a date and a time slot, downloads a guide or joins the newsletter, and leaves a contact doing it. Investors get their updates through a magic link, no password to remember.

04The difference
Built to make the next step more informed and less uncertain.
Designed to give buyers and investors one place to find the information they need, in their language, and give the team a clearer way to follow up on enquiries.
The site goes public with the development. We'll measure what changes from there.
