01The gap
A seven-page PDF that nobody could accept, pay or track.
An advisory firm sent its proposals the way most firms do: a PDF by email. Seven pages, nicely laid out, and then silence. Did they open it? Did they get to the price? Do they want it?
Everyone sends quotes that way, so nobody questions it. But the problem wasn't the design of the PDF. It was the number of steps between an offer and a yes.
02The cost of friction
Every document and every email is another wait.
The answer came days later, by phone, and the invoice was another document, another email, another wait. The client struggled to move forward; the firm followed up by hand.
The quote is the moment interest turns into a yes, or doesn't. It was the least designed moment in the whole relationship.
03The fix
One link: the quote, a button to accept, a way to pay, and the invoice at the end.
We treated quote, agreement and payment as one journey instead of three documents. Quotezilla turns the quote into a page. The firm picks the items from its catalogue and the page builds itself. The client opens the link, sees the options, accepts with one tap, pays, and the invoice goes out without anyone typing it again. The firm sees when it was opened and what happened next.
We built the first version for one advisory firm. Now Quotezilla is open to any business that sends quotes and wants a clearer path to getting paid.
- 01Catalogue to quote: pick the items, the page builds itself
- 02Accept with one tap
- 03Pay from the same page
- 04Invoice generated and sent, no retyping
- 05You see when it was opened and what happened next
Open for business. Try it now, then request access.
04The difference
The first firm sends a link now, not a PDF.
The quote became a page with a button on it, and the firm sees when it was opened instead of waiting for the phone to ring.
The aim, not yet measured: fewer obstacles between a good proposal and a clear next step.
05Get access
Use it for your own quotes.
Quotezilla is open. Leave your email and we'll get you set up, with a say in what it does next.
